摘要
切割器是PM_(2.5)监测设备的关键部件,其切割性能直接影响PM_(2.5)和PM_(1)等环境空气颗粒物质量浓度监测数据的真实、准确。该研究采用粒径范围为0.6~4μm的聚苯乙烯微球(PSL)标准粒子、单分散气溶胶发生器、混匀(分流)装置和颗粒物数量浓度测量仪等仪器设备集成搭建了适用于PM_(1)和PM_(2.5)切割器性能测试的通用系统。测试结果表明:该系统发生的PSL粒子能够保持稳定的数量浓度,并在切割气路和非切割气路间具有较好的数量浓度一致性,能在3 h内快速完成一台切割器切割效率的测试。采用该系统测试了1种类型的PM_(1)切割器和3种类型的PM_(2.5)切割器的关键切割性能。结果显示:VSCC型PM_(2.5)切割器D_(50)分别为2.48、2.52、2.48μm,σ_(g1)分别为1.20、1.23和1.15,σ_(g2)分别为1.21、1.21和1.16,各项关键性能指标均符合美国和中国相关环境保护标准规范的要求,且优于SCC型和URG型切割器。推荐使用VSCC型切割器开展环境空气中PM_(2.5)质量浓度的监测。SCC型PM_(1)切割器的D_(50)为0.91μm,σ_(g1)和σ_(g2)为1.20和1.18,结合其他相关研究,建议PM_(1)切割器D_(50)合格标准应为(1.0±0.1)μm,σ_(g)合格标准为不超过1.20。
Separator is the key element in the device for atmospheric particulates monitoring,and its performance directly affects the real and accurate monitoring data of PM_(2.5),PM_(1)and other ambient air particulate matter mass concentration.In this study,the standard particles of polystyrene microspheres(PSL)with particle size ranging from 0.6 to 4μm,monodisperse aerosol generator,mixing(shitter)device and particle quantity concentration measurement instrument were integrated to build a general system suitable for PM_(1)and PM_(2.5)selector performance test.The test results showed that the PSL particles generated in the system could maintain a stable number concentration,and had a good consistency between the cut gas path and the non-cut gas path,and could quickly complete the cutting efficiency test of a PM_(1)or PM_(2.5)selector within 3 hours.Based on this system,one type of PM_(1)selector and three types of PM_(2.5)separators were tested.The results showed that the D_(50)of three VSCC PM_(2.5)selectors was 2.48,2.52,and 2.48μm,theσ_(g1)was 1.20,1.23 and 1.15,theσ_(g2)was 1.21,1.21 and 1.16.The D_(50)andσ_(g)of VSCC type PM_(2.5)selector satisfied the request of the standard method of China and the United States and had a better performance than SCC and URG type PM_(2.5)selectors.Besides,the D_(50),σ_(g1)andσ_(g2),of the SCC PM_(1)selector was 0.91μm,1.20 and 1.18 separately.Considering the result of other PM_(1)selector performance articles,we recommended the D_(50)of PM_(1)selector should be within(1.0±0.1)μm,and theσ_(g)of PM_(1)selector should be under 1.20.
