摘要
采用三种硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH560,KH570)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行改性,研究不同改性方法及添加量对复合垫片的物理性能的影响,并通过FTIR和SEM进行微观分析,研究结果表明,GO的改性方法、添加量及改性方法和添加量共同作用对复合垫片的压缩率、拉伸强度和浸渍ASTM号燃料油后的增重率有显著影响,而复合垫片的回弹率影响并不显著及GO的改性方法和添加量共同作用对垫片的增厚率影响不显著,经过KH570改性的GO添加量为0.15%所制备的垫片具有最大的回弹率、拉伸强度和增重率;当添加量超过0.15%时,压缩率、回弹率、拉伸强度、增重率和增厚率均有所下降.经过KH570改性的GO加入复合垫片中,促进了组分材料之间较强的微观物理化学作用,当KH570改性的GO添加量为0.15%的复合材料在微观物理和化学相互作用方面表现出最好的效果.综合看来,经过KH570改性的GO添加量为0.15%所制备的垫片综合性能最好.
Three kinds of silane coupling agents(KH550,KH560,KH570)were used to modify graphene oxide(GO).The effects of different modification methods and addition amounts on the physical properties of the composite gasket were studied,and the microscopic analysis was carried out by FTIR and SEM.The results showed that the modification method,addition amount and modification method and addition amount of GO had significant effects on the compression rate,tensile strength and weight gain rate of the composite gasket after impregnating ASTM fuel oil,but the effect of the rebound rate of the composite gasket was not significant.The modification method and addition amount of GO had no significant effect on the thickening rate of the gasket.The gasket prepared with 0.15%GO modified by KH570 has the maximum rebound rate,tensile strength and weight gain rate;when the addition amount was more than 0.15%,the compression rate,spring back rate,tensile strength,weight gain rate and thickening rate decreased.GO modified by KH570 was added to the composite gasket,which promoted the strong micro-physical and chemical interaction between the component materials.When the content of GO modified by KH570 was 0.15%,the composite material showed the best effect in micro-physical and chemical interaction.Overall,the gasket prepared with 0.15%GO modified by KH570 has the best comprehensive performance.
