摘要
再制造持续健康发展是推动循环经济的技术力量,大力促进再制造产业发展,有利于形成经济发展新业态,对实现绿色环保发展、节能减排目标以及降低碳排放强度具有重要意义。企业开展再制造的经济性评价是推动再制造产业进一步发展的助力器。本文根据我国目前发动机再制造的发展现状,建立了以成本为导向,利润为期望产出、对环境的影响为非期望产出的SBM模型。以4家发动机再制造企业为案例进行经济性评价案例分析,得出了相关结论,为企业再制造决策提供参考依据。
The sustainable and healthy development of remanufacturing is a technical force to promote the circular economy. To vigorously promote the development of the remanufacturing industry is conducive to the formation of a new form of economic development, which is of great significance to achieve green environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction goals and reduce carbon emission intensity. The economic evaluation of remanufacturing carried out by enterprises is a booster to promote the further development of the remanufacturing industry. According to the current development status of engine remanufacturing in China, this paper establishes an SBM model that is cost-oriented, profit is the expected output, and the environmental impact is the undesired output. Four engine remanufacturing enterprises were used as cases to analyze the economic evaluation, and relevant conclusions were drawn to provide reference for enterprise remanufacturing decisions.
