摘要
随着汽车技术不断更新成为现代人出行首选工具,由于车使用率增加导致相关交通事故频发,由于碰撞事故夺去乘员的生命造成巨大经济损失,汽车碰撞安全性问题是汽车工业急需解决的问题,发展汽车碰撞安全性设计改进技术是提高碰撞性能的基本途径。研究概述汽车碰撞安全性理论,介绍碰撞有限元法有关计算,探讨材料模型参数获取技术,进行碰撞仿真实验对比研究;指出设计薄壁吸能构件需要考虑相关因素,在部件碰撞安全性设计中进行仿真研究;提出汽车喷桩性能设计改进方法。
With the continuous update of automobile technology to become the preferred tool for modern people, due to the increase in vehicle utilization rate leading to frequent related traffic accidents, due to the collision accident taking the lives of occupants and causing huge economic losses, automobile collision safety problems are urgent problems in the automotive industry, and the development of automobile collision safety design improvement technology is the basic way to improve collision performance. The research summarizes the automobile crash safety theory, introduces the calculation of the collision finite element method, discusses the material model parameter acquisition technology, and conducts the comparative study of collision simulation experiments. It is pointed out that the design of thin-walled energy-absorbing components needs to consider relevant factors, and the simulation study is carried out in the design of component collision safety. This paper proposes an improvement method for the design of automobile pile spray performance.
