摘要
我国新能源汽车用动力电池的第一次“退役潮”即将到来,车用动力电池梯次利用涉及的技术问题和相关方较多,回收利用过程需要完善的标准体系作为规范化依据,系列标准GB/T 34015《车用动力电池回收利用梯次利用》应运而生。对GB/T 34015已发布的4个标准在回收对象、设施、人员、场地和产品标识等方面的规定进行解读,以帮助相关企业及时了解车用动力电池回收梯次利用每个环节的要求,为后续车用动力电池回收利用提供技术参考。
The first“retirement tide”of power batteries for new energy vehicles in China was coming.There were many technical problems and related parties involved in the echelon use of vehicle power batteries,a perfect standard system was needed to be set up as the basis for standardization.Series standards of GB/T 34015 Recycling of Traction Battery Used in Electric Vehicle-Echelon Use were developed.The regulations of published four standards of GB/T 34015 were interpreted in terms of objects,facilities,personnel,sites and product identification in order to help the related enterprises to timely know the requirements of the recycling echelon use of vehicle power battery in every step,providing technical reference for the subsequent vehicle power battery recycling.
