摘要
[目的/意义]聚焦反诈APP用户的使用行为以及隐私感受,旨在推进公安移动政务建设,为平台建设者优化服务方式提供理论和实践参考。[方法/过程]基于期望确认理论、信息系统成功理论以及沟通隐私管理理论,结合反诈APP的特殊性,运用实证分析的方式构建影响因素模型对用户的持续使用行为进行研究。[结果/结论]感知有用性、信息内容质量、技术服务质量以及感知隐私控制对用户满意度具有显著的正向影响,用户满意度、感知有用性对用户持续使用意愿具有显著的正向影响。
[Purpose/significance]The paper focuses on the users’behavior and privacy feelings of anti-fraud APP,aims to promote the construction of public security mobile government and provides theoretical and practical reference for platform builders to optimize service modes.[Method/process]Based on expectation confirmation theory,information system success theory and communication privacy management theory,combined with the particularity of anti-fraud APP,empirical analysis was used to construct the influencing factor model to study the continuous use behavior of users.[Result/conclusion]Perceived usefulness,information content quality,technical service quality and perceived privacy control have a significant positive impact on users’satisfaction,and users’satisfaction and perceived usefulness have a significant positive impact on users’willingness to continue using.
