摘要
目的:介绍了大气压化学电离的基本原理、结构和研究现状,并对大气压化学电离技术在多个领域中的应用进行了整理,对大气压化学电离技术的发展趋势进行了展望。方法:大气压化学电离(APCI)是一种典型的大气压电离方法,是质谱分析技术中的一种电离形式,也是高效液相色谱和质谱分析中的一个主要连接技术。结果:大气压化学电离技术已经在药物检测、环境检测等领域被广泛应用。结论:大气压化学电离质谱具有电离效率高、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点,可用于电离极性较弱的化合物,且不太容易受到基质效应的影响。
Aims:In this paper,the basic principles,structures and current research status of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization are discussed,as well as the applications of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization technology in many fields.The development trend of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization technology is prospected.Methods:Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization(APCI)is a typical atmospheric pressure ionization method,a form of ionization in mass spectrometry,and a major link between high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.Results:Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization technology has been widely adopted in drug detection,environmental monitoring and other fields.Conclusions:Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry has the advantages of high ionization efficiency,sensitivity and stability.It can be used to ionize compounds with weak ionization polarity and is not easily affected by matrix effects.
