摘要
柴达木盆地西北地区油气勘探潜力大,地层岩石成分复杂、埋藏较深,同时存在大量裂缝,随着储层埋藏深度的增加,高温和高压愈发显著,钻井过程中井漏、井塌等复杂事故也越来越多。以柴达木盆地西北地区D井组作为研究对象,以岩石特征及岩石理化性能分析为基础,从地质、工程和井筒流体等方面开展井壁失稳机理研究。研究结果明确了影响井壁稳定性的主要因素是裂缝力学弱面效应,失稳地层坍塌压力的准确计算和钻井液密度的合理选择有助于维护井壁稳定,强化钻井液的有效封堵性有助于预防井壁坍塌,较好的钻井液携岩能力可以避免井底岩屑堆积。研究成果对减少卡钻、井漏、井塌等钻井事故的发生有着一定的指导意义。
The northwestern Qaidam Basin has great oil and gas exploration potential.The formation rock composition is complex,the burial is deep,and there are a lot of fractures.With the increase of reservoir burial depth,the high temperature and high pressure are more and more obvious,and the complex accidents such as well leakage and well collapse in the drilling process are more and more.This paper takes the D well group in the northwest of Qaidam Basin as the research object,and based on the analysis of rock characteristics and rock physical and chemical properties,carries out the study of wellbore instability mechanism from the aspects of geology,engineering and wellbore fluid.Research results has been clear about the main factors which influence the stability of borehole wall fracture mechanics weak surface effect,the instability of formation collapse pressure of accurate calculation and selection of proper drilling fluid density to stabilize borehole wall,and strengthen the effective sealing of drilling fluid can help prevent hole collapse,good drilling fluid with rock can avoid downhole cuttings accumulation.The research results have certain guiding significance to reduce the occurrence of drilling accidents such as stuck,leakage and collapse.
