摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱测定儿童玩具中18种多环芳烃(PAH)含量的方法。采用超声提取法提取儿童玩具中18种PAH,通过气相色谱-质谱法检测,外标法定量。对色谱柱、程序升温条件等GC-MS分析条件以及提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度等提取条件进行了优化,对方法性能进行了考察。18种PAH质量浓度在0.005~1.000 mg/L范围内,与其对应峰面积呈良好线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.001~0.014 mg/kg,加标回收率在85.2%~108.6%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.3%~9.3%。该方法前处理简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够满足儿童玩具中多环芳烃的检测要求。
A method for the determination of 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in children’s toys by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.18 PAH in children’s toys were ultrasonically extracted and tested by applying the external standard quantitative method using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The GC-MS conditions including the chromatographic column and temperature programming were studied,and the extracting conditions including extracting solvent,extracting time,extracting temperature were optimized.The results show that good linear behavior in the 18 PAH concentration range is from 0.005 to 1.000 mg/L,with detection limit(3S/N)of 0.001~0.014 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries are 85.2%~108.6%and the relative standard deviation(n=6)of 18 PAH is in the range of 1.3%~9.3%.The method established is sensitive,fast and simple with high accuracy and precision.It can be used to determine 18 PAH in children’s toys.
