摘要
溶剂萃取法是工业生产中分离纯化稀土最主要的方法,该方法生产了全球绝大部分单一稀土产品,为稀土在其他领域的应用提供保障。随着绿色环保生产理念的深入,传统萃取体系面临巨大挑战,新型绿色萃取体系的研发至关重要。综述了几种非皂化萃取分离稀土的工艺,对协同萃取体系、离子液体萃取体系以及络合萃取体系等进行了对比分析,阐述了不同工艺方法存在的优势和弊端。在此基础上,介绍了离子印迹、氯化稀土热解以及电解分离等新型非皂化分离稀土的方法。同时,展望了稀土非皂化分离纯化技术研究的发展方向,为更加绿化高效开发利用稀土资源提供借鉴。
Solvent extraction is the most important method for separating and purifying rare earths in industrial production.It produces most of the single rare earth products in the world and provides guarantee for the application of rare earths in other fields.With the deepening of the green production concept,the traditional extraction system is facing great challenges,and the research and development of a new green extraction system is very important.Several methods of non-saponification extraction and separation of rare earths are reviewed in detail,and the synergistic extraction system,ionic liquid extraction system and complex extraction system are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are expounded.On this basis,other novel non-saponification separation methods such as ion imprinting,pyrolysis of rare earth chloride and electrolytic separation are mentioned.At the same time,it looks forward to the development direction of rare earth non-saponification separation and purification technology research in the future,and provides reference for more green and efficient development and utilization of rare earth resources.
