摘要
2021年,澳大利亚颁布《澳大利亚国际教育战略(2021—2030)》,力求构建起立体型、全方位的国际教育综合体系。该战略基于后疫情时代国家教育的趋势变化,以促进多元发展、对接澳大利亚技能需求、以学生为本、维持增长和全球竞争力作为优先事项,力求打造层叠空间互联互通的全新国际教育场域,通过各种途径向全世界输送符合公众福祉的教育产品,确保受教育者的学习与发展权力。深入分析和阐释澳大利亚国际教育的内容与特征,能够为我国制定科学的教育对外开放战略提供有益的实践参考。
Australian Strategy for International Education 2021-2030,which was released in 2021,intends to build up a comprehensive system for international education with an overall parameter.The strategy is based on the changing trend of post-pandemic international education and sets four priorities of diversification,meeting Australia’s skills needs,students at the center as well as growth and global competitiveness to create a new international education field with multi-layered and inter-connected spaces,at which all learners can enjoy the rights of learning and development via various ways to have the access to education products for public good.An in-depth analysis and interpretation of the content and characteristics of the strategy can provide a beneficial reference for China to formulate open-up strategy in education.
