摘要
为提高检测天然矿泉水中硒含量的质量控制水平,本文评定了利用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定天然矿泉水中硒含量的测量不确定度。在分析影响结果真值的各分量因子以及不确定度因素的来源基础上,计算了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,阐明了影响测量结果准确性的主要来源。本文建立的不确定度评定方法可为正确评价和使用相关的检测数据提供借鉴。
In order to improve the quality control level of detecting selenium content in natural mineral water,the uncertainty of measuring selenium content in natural mineral water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was evaluated.Based on the analysis of the component factors affecting the true value of the results and the sources of uncertainty factors,the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated,and the main sources affecting the accuracy of the measurement results are clarified.The method of uncertainty evaluation established in this paper can provide reference for the correct evaluation and use of relevant detection data.
