摘要
目的建立参红胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对参红胶囊中的西红花、丹参、山楂、三七4种药材定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法对参红胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_(A)进行定量测定。结果薄层色谱法可用于定性鉴别西红花、丹参、山楂及三七4种药材。含量测定中丹参酮Ⅱ_(A)在4~28μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000,n=7);平均加样回收率为99.46%,RSD为0.55%。结论本研究中建立的定性、定量检测方法可作为参红胶囊生产过程中的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a quality standard for Shenhong capsules.Methods Thin layer chromatograph(TLC)was used for qualitative identification of Croci Stigma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Crataegi fructus and Notoginseng Radix while high performance liquid chromatograph was used for quantitative determination of TanshinoneⅡ_(A)in Shenhong capsules.Results Croci Stigma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Crataegi fructus and Notoginseng Radix were detected by TLC.TanshinoneⅡ_(A)was linear in the range of 4 to 28μg·ml-1(r=1.000,n=7).The average recovery was 99.46%(RSD=0.55%).Conclusion This method of qualitative identification and quantitative determination can be used for quality control of Shenhong capsules.
