摘要
系统剖析东莞市生产环节包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染现状,监测监管效果,同时为企业应对微生物污染风险和污染整改提供参考策略。2018—2021年从东莞市92家包装饮用水生产企业中抽回样本,以进行铜绿假单胞菌检验,并从年份、规格、品类等维度开展系统性剖析。2018—2021年共完成东莞市生产环节包装饮用水抽检490批样品,铜绿假单胞菌项目检出率为5.1%,污染程度大部分为中等。此外,数据显示,桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率明显超过了瓶装水;东莞市2021年度包装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌污染情况较2018年度有明显下降趋势。东莞市包装饮用水整体质量得到明显提升,各企业的质量监管能力进一步增强,监督管理效果更加显著。建议监管部门督促企业通过设置高效科学的消毒程序处理实际工作中出现的问题。
The current situation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in packaged drinking water production process in Dongguan City was systematically analyzed,with the regulatory effects monitored and possible strategies provided in microbial contamination risk identification and contamination rectification.From 2018 to 2021,samples were drawn from 92 packaged drinking water production enterprises in Dongguan City for Pseudomonas aeruginosa testing,and systematic analysis was further carried out from perspectives of years,packaging types and categories.A total of 490 batches of samples were collected,with the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa being 5.1%.The contamination degree of most samples was moderate.Statistics also showed that the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled water significantly exceeded that of bottled water.Meanwhile,Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in packaged drinking water in 2021 witnessed a significant downward trend compared with that of 2018.The overall quality of packaged drinking water in Dongguan has been significantly improved,and the quality control of the industry further enhanced,showing a remarkable improvement in governmental regulatory level.It is suggested that the regulatory authorities should urge enterprises to set up efficient and scientific disinfection procedures.
