摘要
目的:分析面部轻中度痤疮患者采用红蓝光治疗仪的效果。方法:使用抽签的方式将本院在2021年4月~2022年3月接收的86例面部轻中度痤疮患者分为两组,分别命名为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用红蓝光治疗仪治疗。将两组患者的皮损评分、炎性因子指标、皮肤指标、不良反应、治疗效果等几项内容进行分析对比。结果:采用红蓝光治疗仪对面部轻中度痤疮患者来说治疗效果更加理想,两组患者的皮损评分对比结果显示,通过红蓝光治疗的观察组患者皮损评分更优(P<0.05);对于炎性因子指标检验结果显示,两组患者之间对比差异明显(P<0.05);皮肤的经表皮失水量、皮肤表面pH值、血红素含量结果显示,两组间差异明显(P<0.05);不良反应发生率结果对比,观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗有效率对比,观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对面部轻中度痤疮患者进行红蓝光治疗仪治疗,效果十分显著。
Objective:To observe the effect of red and blue light therapeutic apparatus on patients with mild to moderate facial acne.Methods:86 patients with mild to moderate facial acne received in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two treatment groups by drawing lots.They were named as the control group and the observation group,respectively.The number of patients in each group was 43.The conventional western medicine treatment was the control group,and the red and blue treatment instrument was the observation group.The skin lesion score,inflammatory factor index,skin index,adverse reaction and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results:The red and blue light therapeutic instrument was more effective for patients with mild to moderate facial acne.The comparison of skin lesion scores between the two groups showed that the skin lesion scores of patients in the observation group treated with red and blue light were better(P<0.05);The test results of inflammatory factors showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The results of skin water loss through epidermis,skin surface pH value,and heme content showed that there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The red and blue light therapeutic instrument for facial mild to moderate acne is very effective and has clinical significance.
