摘要
目的:评价双腔支气管插管单肺通气用于肺癌手术麻醉中的效果,为肺癌手术麻醉工作提供参考。方法:选择2018年12月~2020年2月本院收治进行手术治疗的肺癌疾病患者(n=86),经医院伦理委员会批准进行1:1比例法分组(对照组、观察组)。对照组患者采取单腔支气管插管单肺通气,观察组患者采取双腔支气管插管单肺通气。比较2组患者的一次插管成功率、低血氧症发生率、双肺隔离、插管时间以及血压、心率水平情况。结果:组间一次插管成功率比较,观察组占比率(100.00%)更高,P<0.05;组间低血氧症发生率比较,观察组占比率(2.32%)更低,P<0.05;组间插管以及双肺隔离时间比较,观察组双肺隔离时间(1.06±0.20)min、插管时间(4.06±1.40)min更短,P<0.05;组间插管后血压、心率生命体征指标水平比较,观察组与对照组接近,P>0.05。结论:与单腔比较,双腔支气管插管单肺通气用于肺癌手术麻醉效果更为理想,有助于提升一次插管成功率、患者安全性,缩短操作时间,促进患者预后。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of dual-lumen bronchial intubation and single-lung ventilation for lung cancer surgery anesthesia,and to provide references for lung cancer surgery anesthesia.Methods:Selected patients with lung cancer who were admitted for surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2018 to February 2020(n=86),and were divided into groups(control group,observation group)by the 1:1 ratio method approved by the hospital ethics committee.Patients in the control group were given single-lumen bronchial intubation and single-lung ventilation,while patients in the observation group were given double-lumen bronchial intubation and single-lung ventilation.The success rate of one-time intubation,incidence of hypoxemia,isolation of both lungs,intubation time,blood pressure and heart rate levels of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparing the success rate of one-time intubation between groups,the ratio of observation group(100.00%)was higher,P<0.05;Comparing the incidence of hypoxemia between groups,the ratio of observation group(2.32%)was lower,P<0.05;Compared the time of intubation and bilateral lung isolation between groups,the time of bilateral lung isolation(1.06±0.20)min and intubation(4.06±1.40)min in the observation group were shorter,P<0.05;After intubation,the levels of blood pressure and heart rate vital signs in the observation group were close to those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single-lumen,dual-lumen bronchial intubation and singlelung ventilation have better anesthesia effects for lung cancer surgery,which can help improve the success rate of intubation,patient safety,shorten operation time,and promote patient prognosis.
