摘要
目的 探讨UHR-2000型微波治疗骨转移癌痛的临床效果。方法 选取2014年4月至2020年6月在我院确诊为肿瘤骨转移的120例晚期癌症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。两组均给予“三阶梯”药物止痛,对照组给予WB-2000型微波治疗,观察组给予UHR-2000型微波治疗。比较两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、重度疼痛率、疼痛缓解率及卡氏评分(KPS);比较两组中不同肿瘤类型的VAS评分、疼痛缓解率及KPS评分。结果 观察组的VAS评分、重度疼痛率低于对照组,疼痛缓解率、KPS评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌患者中,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,疼痛缓解率、KPS评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在食管癌患者中,两组的VAS评分、疼痛缓解率、KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 UHR-2000型微波治疗较WB-2000型微波治疗更有助于缓解骨转移癌痛,提高患者生存质量,是除传统的药物、非药物治疗以外有望为骨转移患者癌痛治疗提供新途径的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of UHR-2000 microwave in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain. Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced cancer diagnosed as bone metastases in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given "three-step" analgesic drugs, the control group was treated with WB-2000 microwave, and the observation group was treated with UHR-2000 microwave. The Visual Analogue Score(VAS) score, severe pain rate, pain relief rate and Karnofsky Performance Status score were compared between the two groups;the VAS score, pain relief rate and KPS score of different tumor types were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and severe pain rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the pain relief rate and KPS score were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). In breast cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer patients, the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the pain relief rate and KPS score were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in esophageal cancer patients, there were no significant differences in the VAS score, pain relief rate and KPS score between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with WB-2000 microwave therapy, UHR-2000 microwave therapy is more helpful to alleviate bone metastatic cancer pain and improve the quality of life of patients. It is expected to provide a new way of treatment for bone metastatic cancer pain in addition to traditional drug and non drug therapy.
