基于炮孔布局的爆区边界线自动采样及坡顶底线自动更新方法

摘要 露天矿山开采现状三维模型是露天矿山数字化、信息化和智能化建设的基础,为矿山精细化生产计划编制、爆破设计和卡车动态调度等提供模型依据。结合矿山生产日常测量的炮孔坐标信息,提出基于炮孔布局和爆破参数的爆区边界点自动采样方法,并利用α-shape法自动创建复杂爆区边界线,进而研究复杂爆区边界线与坡顶底线的空间分布关系,提出坡顶底线自动更新算法,结合地形线约束Delaunay构建DTM,可实现重构露天矿山开采现状三维模型。现场试验结果表明:基于炮孔布局自动采样爆破边界线及自动更新露天矿山坡顶底线效率高,更新耗时由4 h减少至1 min。 Open pit mine current surface model is the foundation of digital,information and intelligent construction,which provides model for planning,blast designing and truck dispatching. With the progress of production,the 3D model of the current status of open-pit mining has been in flux. The mine needs to be equipped with special surveying and technical personnel to frequently measure and model the current status of open-pit mining. Combining with the blasting hole coordinates,blasting boundary point automatic sampling method was proposed based on blasting hole layout and blasting parameters. Then using α-shape to create complex blasting area boundary lines. Spatial distribution relation between blasting area boundary lines and bench lines was researched,and automatic updating method of open pit mine bench lines was proposed. DTM was constructed by topographic line constrained Delaunay. Field test results show that automatic sampling method of blasting boundary and updating method of bench top and bottom lines is efficient.Time-consuming of surface model updating is decreased from 4 h to 1 min. This method is also suitable for measuring the corner coordinates of blasting area or based on the trajectory coordinates of shovel hauling equipment. It provides technical means and reference value for automatic updating of 3D model of open-pit mining status with different technical conditions.
