基于解决临床实践问题的创新引导教学在临床医学本科生科研创新能力培养中的探索与应用 被引量:9

Exploration and application of innovation-guided teaching based on solving clinical practice problems in the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of clinical medical undergraduates

摘要 目的探讨基于解决临床实践问题的创新引导教学在临床医学本科生科研创新能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取西南医科大学临床医学院2017级至2021级的52名临床医学本科生作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与创新组,每组26名。对照组采用传统教学模式,创新组采用基于解决临床实践问题的创新引导教学模式。比较两组临床医学本科生的科研创新能力、科研成果产出量及期末考试绩点。结果培训前,两组的科研能力自我评价调查问卷各方面评分无显著差异(P>0.05);培训后,两组的科研能力自我评价调查问卷各方面评分均高于培训前,且创新组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。创新组的科研成果产出总数远高于对照组。培训前,两组的期末理论考试绩点、实践考试绩点无显著差异(P>0.05);培训后,两组的理论考试绩点均高于培训前,且创新组高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后,两组的实践考试绩点无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论基于解决临床实践问题的创新引导教学可培养临床医学本科生的科研创新能力,有效提高科研素质,成效显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of innovation-guided teaching based on solving clinical practice problems in the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of clinical medical undergraduates.Methods A total of52 clinical medical undergraduates from grade 2017 to grade 2021 in the clinical medical college of Southwest Medical University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and innovation group,with 26students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the innovation group adopted the innovation-guided teaching based on solving clinical practice problems.The scientific research innovation ability,scientific research output and final examination performance points of clinical medical undergraduates of the two groups were compared.Results Before training,there were no significant differences in the scores of all aspects of self-evaluation questionnaire of scientific research ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after training,the scores of all aspects of the self-evaluation questionnaire of scientific research ability of the two groups were higher than those before training,and the innovation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total scientific research output of the innovation group was much higher than that of the control group.Before training,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of theoretical examination and practical examination(P>0.05);after training,the theoretical examination score of the two groups was higher than that before training,and the innovation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after training,there was no significant difference in the practical examination score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The innovative-guided teaching based on solving clinical practice problems can cultivate the scientific research innovation ability of clinical medical undergraduates,effectively improve the quality of scientific research,and achieve remarkable results.
