摘要
目的:探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效。方法:选择2019年5月—2021年12月本院门诊诊治的哮喘患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组与布地奈德组,各40例。布地奈德组给予雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,联合组在布地奈德组治疗基础上给予沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较两组症状消失时间、临床疗效、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)]、炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]表达变化情况。结果:联合组肺部哮鸣音消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、咳嗽消失时间短于布地奈德组(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为97.5%,高于布地奈德组的80.0%(P<0.05);联合组FEV1、PEF水平高于布地奈德组(P<0.05);联合组IL-6、PCT水平低于布地奈德组(P<0.05)。结论:沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果确切,可抑制IL-6、PCT的释放,改善肺功能,促进恢复临床症状。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods:A total of 80 children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into combined group and budesonide group,with 40 cases in each group.The budesonide group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide,and the combined group was treated with aerosol inhalation of salbutamol on the basis of the treatment of budesonide group.The disappearance time of symptoms,clinical efficacy,pulmonary function [forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)],inflammatory factors [interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of pulmonary wheeze,dyspnea and cough in the combined group were shorter than those in the budesonide group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.5%,which was higher than 80.0% of the budesonide group(P<0.05).FEV1 and PEF levels in the combined group were higher than those in the budesonide group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and PCT in the combined group were lower than those in the budesonide group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation is effective in the treatment of asthma in children,which can inhibit the release of IL-6 and PCT,improve lung function and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms.
