摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的严重并发症之一,随着病情的进展,对肾脏的损伤逐渐加重,进而发展为终末期肾病,威胁患者生命。为减少肾脏的进一步损伤,延缓病情的进展,中医药治疗糖尿病肾病得到了越来越多的重视。具有清热散瘀功效的赤芍在中医治疗糖尿病肾病中应用广泛,可以针对疾病病机,清散瘀热之胶结,逆转病机,改善病情。经研究发现,赤芍及其有效成分可通过降低血糖,减轻胰岛素抵抗,调节脂类代谢,拮抗氧化应激,改善血流动力状态,抑制炎症反应等诸多途径,发挥对糖尿病肾病良好的保护作用。赤芍对糖尿病肾病的保护作用是毋庸置疑的,为便于更加准确的应用以及进一步的开发,无论在现代研究还是传统中医学中,其相关机制都值得我们深入探索。
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common serious complications of diabetes.With the development of the disease,the damage to kidneys is gradually aggravating,thus developing into end-stage renal disease and threatening patients’lives.In order to reduce the further damage of kidney and delay the progress of the disease,the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention.Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)with the effect of clearing heat and dispersing blood stasis is widely used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine.It can reverse the pathogenesis and improve the condition according to the pathogenesis of disease,clearing away the stasis and stasis heat.It has been found that Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)and its effective components can play a good protective role in diabetic nephropathy by lowering blood sugar,reducing insulin resistance,regulating lipid metabolism,antagonizing oxidative stress,improving hemodynamic state and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.The protective effect of Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)on diabetic nephropathy is beyond doubt.In order to facilitate more accurate application and further development,it is worth exploring deeply in both modern research and traditional Chinese medicine.
