摘要
为探寻高效经济的反硝化细菌工业化筛选与扩增方法,本研究使用工业级生物反应器完成反硝化细菌的筛选与扩增培养,然后以此为基础制成包埋填料进行污泥活性验证试验。结果表明,污泥的脱氮性能能够实现快速提高,最大脱氮速率为534.7 mg/(L·h),最大比反硝化速率为41.7 mg N/(g MLSS·h),最大污泥增长量为696.5 mg/(L·d),证明反硝化细菌能够实现工业化筛选与生产。结合试验数据,实际生产中,初始污泥浓度的建议值取5 500 mg/L。包埋填料脱氮表现良好,最大脱氮速率为220.6 mg/(L·h)。
In order to explore an efficient and economical method for industrial screening and amplification of denitrifying bacteria,this study uses an industrial bioreactor to complete the screening and amplification of denitrifying bacteria,and then makes the embedded filler based on this to carry out the sludge activity validation test.The results show that the denitrification performance of sludge can be improved rapidly,the maximum denitrification rate is 534.7 mg/(L·h),the maximum specific denitrification rate is 41.7 mg N/(g MLSS·h),and the maximum sludge growth is 696.5 mg/(L·d),which proves that the denitrification bacteria can realize industrial screening and production.Combined with the test data,the recommended value of initial sludge concentration in actual production is 5 500 mg/L.The nitrogen removal performance of embedded filler is good,and the maximum nitrogen removal rate is 220.6 mg/(L·h).
