摘要
稀土矿的开发利用导致冶炼厂中辐射安全问题日益严峻,准确分析冶炼厂致人体辐射剂量具有重要的现实意义。为此,首先介绍了冶炼工艺流程,分析了具体的辐射源项,并制定了详细的监测方案;其次采用热释光剂量仪分析外照射剂量,进一步提高了监测准确度,并采用空气中氡浓度估算内照射剂量,系统地分析了稀土矿冶炼厂致人体辐射剂量;最终发现稀土精矿焙烧工段的外照射剂量较高,精矿堆和渣库房的内照射剂量较高,并提出了相应的辐射防护措施,也为今后稀土矿冶炼厂的监测提供参考。
The exploitation of rare earth mines has led to increasingly serious radiation safety problems in smelters,and accurate analysis of human radiation doses from smelters is of great practical importance.To this end,this paper firstly introduces the smelting process,analyses the specific radiation sources and formulates a detailed monitoring plan.Secondly,a pyroelectric dosimeter is used to analyse the external radiation dose,which further improves the monitoring accuracy,and the radon concentration in the air is used to estimate the internal radiation dose,which systematically analyses the human radiation dose in rare earth ore smelters.Finally,it was found that the external exposure dose was higher in the rare earth concentrate roasting section and the internal exposure dose was higher in the concentrate pile and slag storage room,and the corresponding radiation protection measures were proposed,which also provide reference for future monitoring in rare earth ore smelters.
