摘要
严重的冠状动脉钙化与较高的手术并发症发生率相关,而改良的球囊技术及斑块消蚀技术是严重钙化病变的常规治疗方法,但这些技术在临床应用上存在一定的局限性。应用震波球囊进行冠状动脉血管内碎石术是治疗严重钙化病变的一种新方法。现对其研究进展进行综述。
Severe coronary artery calcification is associated with high rate of procedural complications.Modified balloon technology and atherectomy are the conventional strategy for severe calcified lesions,but they have certain limitations in clinical application.Intravascular lithotripsy with Shockwave balloon offers a novel option for severe calcified plaques.Therefore,we summarize the research progress in this article.
