摘要 江北新区市民中心项目由2个直径104 m、高度约18 m的双塔楼组成。其中较高的规划展览中心总体采用钢框架-支撑结构体系,若采用常规的分件高空散装,不但高空组装、焊接工作量巨大,而且存在较大质量、安全风险,施工的难度较大。因此,规划展览中心顶部3层地面拼装完成后整体提升,提升总重量约5 300 t,总提升高度约37 m。为保证超大吨位钢结构整体提升施工过程的安全性,针对提升过程、提升支撑结构以及吊具受力开展了有限元模拟,分析结果表明,超大吨位钢结构整体提升过程是安全可靠的。本工程采用大直径钢环梁整体提升,该方法对于钢结构施工有借鉴价值。 The Jiangbei Civic Center project consists of two staggered twin towers of 104m in diameter and about 18m in height. Among them, the higher Planning Exhibition Center generally adopts steel frame-support structure system. If the conventional piece-wise overhead bulk assembly is adopted,not only the workload of overhead assembly and welding is huge, but also there are greater quality and safety risks and the construction is more difficult. Therefore, it is planned that the top three floors of the exhibition center structure will be lifted as a whole after the ground assembly is completed,with a total lifting weight of about 5,300 tons and a total lifting height of about 37 m. In order to ensure the safety of the construction process of the overall lifting of the steel structure, finite element simulation was carried out for the lifting process, lifting support structure and spreader, and the analysis results showed that the overall lifting process of the steel structure is safe and reliable. This project is the first case of overall lifting of the largest diameter steel ring beam in China, and the overall lifting method is of great reference value for steel structure construction.
