摘要
生物膜填料作为活性污泥-生物膜复合工艺的重要组成部分,填料的基本物理特性会影响到复合工艺的整体性能,参数的变更甚至会影响到对污染物的去除效果。而活性污泥-生物膜复合工艺作为污水厂提标改造的一种可行性方案,填料的特性也影响着污水厂提标改造的运行效果和改造成本。该文总结近些年来国内外生物膜填料基本特性的优化研究及不同工艺类型污水处理厂和不同类型污水对于生物膜填料的选择和应用实例,旨在为改造过程提供参考与帮助。
Biofilm filler is an important part of activated sludge-biofilm composite process, and the basic physical properties of biofilm filler will affect the overall performance of the composite process, and the change of parameters will even affect the removal efficiency of pollutants. The activated sludge-biofilm composite process is a feasible scheme for the upgrading and renovation of the sewage treatment plant, and the characteristics of the fillers also affect the operation effect and cost of the upgrading and renovation of the sewage treatment plant. This paper summarizes the optimization studies on the basic characteristics of biofilm fillers at home and abroad in recent years, as well as the selection and application of biofilm fillers in different types of sewage treatment plants and different types of sewage, in order to provide reference and help for the transformation process.
