摘要
为解决渡槽伸缩缝的渗漏问题,采用一种应用于现浇渡槽伸缩缝中的“双止水防渗结构”施工技术,即在伸缩缝两侧的后浇带混凝土中安装两道止水,分别为U型紫铜止水片和U型GB复合橡胶止水带。紫铜止水片采用现浇预埋施工,橡胶止水带采用预埋钢板、螺栓进行二期压板安装施工。渡槽完工后进行了数次试通水试验,在两道止水的双重防护下,渡槽伸缩缝无一渗水。该止水结构防渗效果良好,可供类似工程借鉴。
In order to solve the leakage problem of the aqueduct expansion joint, a construction technology of “double water-proof and anti-seepage structure” applied in the cast-in-place aqueduct expansion joint is adopted, that is to install two water-stops in the post-cast concrete on both sides of the expansion joint, which are respectively U-shaped red copper water-stop and U-shaped GB composite rubber waterstop.The copper water-stop adopts cast-in-situ pre-embedded construction.The rubber waterstop adopts the pre-embedded steel plate and bolts for the second-stage pressure plate installation and construction.After the completion of the aqueduct, several water tests were carried out. Under the double protection of two water stops, there was no water seepage in the expansion joints of the aqueduct.The anti-seepage effect of the water-stop structure is good, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
