摘要
对大学生开展劳动教育是培养高素质人才的必经途径,也是帮助大学生实现德智体美劳全面发展的有效方法,更是落实高校立德树人根本任务和目标的必然选择。要达到劳动教育目标,高校在教育和培养人才的过程中就要转变传统落后的教育观念,帮助大学生形成正确、积极的劳动价值观,组建优秀的劳动教育师资队伍,推进课程教学体系的完善和制度的建设,保障劳动教育工作的常态化发展,以营造更加稳定和安全的劳动教育环境,促进学生全面发展。
Carrying out labor education for college students is the only way to cultivate high-quality talents,an effective way to help college students achieve the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,and an inevitable choice to implement the fundamental task and goal of cultivating morality and talents in colleges and universities.To achieve the goal of labor education,colleges and universities should change the traditional and backward education concepts in the process of education and talent training,help college students form correct and positive labor values,establish excellent labor education teachers,promote the improvement of the curriculum teaching system and the construction of the system,ensure the normal development of labor education,create a more stable and safe labor education environment,and promote the all-round development of students.
