摘要
检波器测试仪是测量地震检波器直流电阻、阻尼系数、自然频率、灵敏度、失真度、绝缘电阻六项综合参数的石油物探专用计量仪器。为确保检波器测试仪测得值的准确可靠,本文按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和SY/T 6639-2012《检波器测试仪校准方法》要求,对检波器测试仪自然频率示值误差的测量不确定度进行评定,且评定过程适用于其他五项参数,为研发和使用人员提供了参考。
As a specialized measuring instrument of petroleum geophysical prospecting, geophone tester can be used to measure six comprehensive parameters of geophone, such as resistance, damping factor, natural frequency, sensitivity, distortion, leakage resistance.In order to make the measurement result of geophone tester more accurate and reliable, this paper evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the indication error of natural frequency of geophone tester according to the JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" and SY/T 6639-2012 "Calibration Method for Geophone Tester".This evaluation is also suitable for the other five parameters, and the results can provide a reference for researchers and users.
