摘要 目前,测量螺纹的方法较多,常见的有影像测量法、测长仪、螺纹测量机、三坐标、轮廓仪等。常规的轮廓仪单头测针只能测量螺距和牙型角,近些年很多品牌的轮廓仪都开发了双头测针测量螺纹的大中小径,但由于经常发生操作人员使用不当,造成测得值不准确,从而对轮廓仪测量螺纹的精度产生质疑。因此,本文详细介绍了轮廓仪测量螺纹塞规中径,并分析测量系统的不确定度,为实验室操作人员进行符合性评定提供参考。 At present, there are many methods to measure thread, common image measurement, length measuring instrument, thread measuring machine, three coordinates, profilometer and so on.Conventional single head measuring needle can only measure pitch and tooth Angle.In recent years, many brands of profilometer have developed double head measuring needle measuring thread of large and small paths, but often due to improper use of operators, resulting in inaccurate measurement values, resulting in questions about the accuracy of the profilometer measuring thread.Therefore, this paper introduces in detail how to measure the middle diameter of thread plug gauge with profilometer, and analyzes the uncertainty of measuring system, so as to provide reference for laboratory operators to evaluate the conformity.
