基于叙事医学视角的名老中医临床经验研究的思考 被引量:6

Reflections on the Researches of Clinical Experience of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors in the Perspective of Narrative Medicine

摘要 名老中医的学术成就凝练了中医药文化的核心价值,为后学示立典范。为全面传承名老中医的学术成就,不仅需要聚焦其对辨证论治、理法方药的精当运用,也应关注到名老中医诊疗中“以患者为本”“仁心仁术”的人文关怀特质。将叙事医学视角引入名老中医临床诊疗经验研究中的思考,从叙事医学对名老中医临床经验研究的适用性分析、研究的局限性与方法学要点分析两方面进行具体阐释,以期为从叙事医学角度研究名老中医诊疗经验提供思路,并通过研究成果为叙事医学在地化研究提供补充和可行的实践方式。 The academic achievements of famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors have condensed the core values of TCM culture and set an example for the medical younger generation. In order to comprehensively inherit the academic achievements of famous TCM doctors,it is necessary not only to focus on its precise application of syndrome differentiation and treatment,as well as principles,methods,formulas and medicinals,but also to pay attention to the characteristics of“patient-oriented”and“benevolent”diagnosis and treatment with humanistic care.Based on the author’s previous research on narrative medicine,this paper introduces the perspective of narrative medicine into the researches of the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of famous TCM doctors,and specifically explains the applicability,as well as the limitations and methodological issues,so as to provide ideas for studying the diagnosis and treatment experience of famous TCM doctors from the perspective of narrative medicine,and offer a supplementary and feasible practical way for the localization research of narrative medicine through the research results.
