摘要
针对高技术条件下战争作战节奏快、战场环境复杂多变、弹药消耗巨大,弹药保障任务繁重,弹药调度指挥决策难等特点,为实现弹药保障及时、准确、高效的保障目标,提出了基于AHP-线性加权法的战时弹药调度优化模型,通过示例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法可以有效地改善以往指挥员依靠直觉和经验决策而导致调度方案不够科学的问题,可为战时多目标弹药调度提供科学合理的决策依据。
In view of the characteristics of high-tech conditions, such as the fast pace of war operations, the complex and changeable battlefield environment, the huge consumption of ammunition, the heavy ammunition support tasks, and the difficulty of ammunition dispatch and command decision-making, in order to achieve timely, accurate and efficient ammunition support, this paper proposes a the wartime ammunition scheduling optimization model based on AHP-linear weighting method is verified by examples. The results show that this method can effectively improve the problem that the commander relies on intuition and experience to make decisions that lead to unscientific scheduling plans. Provide scientific and rational decision-making basis for wartime multi-target ammunition scheduling.
