摘要
现代房屋建筑规模大、功能多,复杂化程度相对较高,近年来在新一轮工业化改革浪潮推动下,建筑行业不仅扩大了对新材料、新技术、新工艺的应用,还结合习近平生态文明思想增强了此类工程中的节能降耗控制。当前正值“十四五”建设关键时期,需要在高质量发展主题下持续通过技术赋能路径扩大技术要素配置比例,促进此类项目提质增效目标的实现。本文概述了节能技术的内涵与作用,剖析了节能技术在房屋建筑土建施工中的运用原则。并在此基础上对不同节能技术的运用进行了具体探讨。
At the critical period of the"14th Five Year Plan"construction,it is necessary to continue to expand the proportion of technology factor allocation through the technology empowerment path under the theme of high-quality development to promote the realization of the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of such projects.This paper summarizes the connotation and function of energy saving technology,and analyzes the application principles of energy saving technology in building construction.On this basis,the application of different energy-saving technologies is discussed in detail.
