摘要
针对2032巷掘进期间,DSJ-100型带式输送机因张紧不到位所导致的跑偏、打滑、断带等问题,设计了一套带式输送机机尾张紧装置,并分析了该装置的结构组成及工作原理。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置具有自动化水平高、张紧精度高、故障率低等优点,投入使用后大大降低了带式输送机因张紧力度不足造成的输送机跑偏、打滑等事故率,取得了显著应用成效。
A set of belt conveyor tail tensioning device is designed and the structural composition and working principle of the device are analyzed in view of the accidents such as runout,slippage and belt breakage caused by the DSJ-100 type belt conveyor due to inappropriate tensioning during the digging of 2032 lane.Through the practical application effect,the device has the advantages of high automation level,high tensioning accuracy and low failure rate,and it has greatly reduced the accident rate of belt conveyor caused by insufficient tensioning,such as conveyor runout and slippage,and has achieved significant application effect.
