摘要
以MG250/612-WD采煤机为研究对象,针对采煤机截割部重载强冲击负载易导致截割部驱动系统发生故障的问题,设计了一套新的截割部短链传动系统,并基于采煤工况优化了齿形链传动装置,最后利用MATLAB软件的差值算法,建立了截割作业的工况负载,分析了截割部短链传动系统的效果。结果表明:新系统能有效提高采煤机的稳定性。
Taking MG250/612-WD shearer as the research object,aiming at the current situation that the heavy load and strong impact load of the shearer cutting units is easy to cause the failure of the cutting part drive system,a new short chain drive system of the cutting part is designed,and the toothed chain drive device is optimized based on the mining condition.Finally,the difference algorithm of MATLAB software is used.The working load of coal cutting operation is established and the effect of short chain drive system of cutting section is analyzed.The results show that the new system can improve the stability effectively.
