摘要
为了实现煤矿生产“机械化换人、自动化减人”的目标,对采煤机自动化控制系统进行研究。对设计系统目标进行分析,给出了采煤机自动控制系统的整体设计方案,并对采煤机自动控制系统的重要元件进行选型,构建了自动化控制系统。通过对采煤机自动化控制系统进行试验验证,发现设计的自动控制系统能够满足目标要求,为矿井智能化建设提供参考。
In order to realize the goal of"mechanization for human replacement and automation for human reduction"in coal mine production,the automatic control system of coal mining machine is studied,firstly,the objective of the design system is analyzed,the overall design scheme of the automatic control system of coal mining machine is given,and the important components of the automatic control system of coal mining machine are selected,and the automatic The important components of the coal mining machine automatic control system are selected and the automatic control system is constructed.Through the test verification of the automatic control system of coal mining machine,it is found that the designed automatic control system can meet the target requirements and provide reference for the intelligent construction of the mine.
