摘要
以某型挖掘机液压系统的一种常见的主压力异常故障为研究对象,分析此类故障的产生原因与主要危害,提出此类故障的判断方法与排除手段。该研究结果对提高同类挖掘机液压系统的维护保养水平、装备的完好率和工程保障能力具有重要的现实意义和参考价值。
Taking a common typical fault of the hydraulic system of the equipment-abnormal main pressure fault phenomenon as the research object,this paper analyzes the causes and main hazards of such faults,and puts forward the judgment methods and elimination methods of such faults.The research results have important practical significance and reference value for improving the maintenance level,equipment integrity rate and engineering support ability of similar excavator hydraulic systems.
