摘要
针对刮板输送机在井下应用过程中启动以及停止瞬间容易产生较大的机械冲击,增加刮板输送机故障发生率并冲击供电电网的问题,提出对矿井使用的DBT3×1600 kW刮板输送机变频系统改造方案,并给出变频系统常见故障类型及处理技术。刮板输送机通过变频改造后,提高了设备运行效率及可靠性,取得显著应用效果。
In the process of scraper conveyor in underground application,it is easy to produce large mechanical shock at the moment of starting and stopping,which increases the fault rate of scraper conveyor and shocks the power supply network,and proposes to modify the frequency conversion system of DBT3×1600 kW scraper conveyor used in the mine,and gives the common fault types of the frequency conversion system and the treatment technology.The scraper conveyor has improved the operating efficiency and reliability of the equipment after the frequency conversion,and the frequency conversion has achieved remarkable results.
