摘要
针对涤/棉起绒针织面料亲水性能差的问题,采用等离子体整理技术对涤/棉起绒针织面料进行表面亲水整理,对处理前后面料的微观形态进行表征,分析等离子体改性机制,测定处理前后面料表面的粗糙度、亲水性能、手感和拉伸性能。结果表明:等离子体整理技术会对涤/棉针织面料中的纤维产生刻蚀效果,使纤维的比表面积增大,增加水滴与纤维的接触面积,增加纤维对水的输送能力,从而改善面料的亲水性能;在等离子体处理功率为1.0 kW,处理时间为15 s的工艺条件下,面料可获得与坯布相似的手感,且面料的亲水性能得到改善,与整理前相比其对水的接触角达到89.2°,降低了39.7%;纵向芯吸高度达到13.9 cm,提高了23.0%;横向芯吸高度达到12.1 cm,提高了19.8%;断裂强力达到150 N,降低了1.9%;断裂伸长达到64.6mm,降低了11.2%。
In order to solve the problem of poor hydrophilic property of polyester/cotton fleece knitted fabrics,the surface of polyester/cotton fleece knitted fabrics were treated with the plasma finishing technology.Surface roughness,hydrophilic properties,handle and tensile properties of fabrics before and after treatment were investigated.The results show that the plasma finishing technology can etch the fibers in the polyester/cotton knitted fabric,increase the specific surface area of the fiber,and increase the contact area between water droplets and fiber,and thus improve the hydrophilic properties of fabrics.Under the condition that the plasma treatment power is 1.0 kW and the treatment time is 15 s,the handle of the fabrics like grey fabric,and the hydrophilicity of the fabric can be improved.Compared with before finishing,the contact angle of the fabric to water reaches 89.2°,which is 39.7%lower.The vertical wicking height reaches 13.9 cm,increases by 23.0%.The transverse wicking height reaches 12.1 cm,increases by 19.8%.The breaking strength reaches 150 N,which is reduced by 1.9%.The breaking elongation is 64.6 mm,decreases by 11.2%.
