摘要
实际重合度是轮齿修缘后啮合性能的重要评价指标,修缘量的选取对轮齿实际重合度具有直接影响,目前主流的经典重合度公式难以建立修缘量与实际重合度的对应关系。通过分析齿轮修缘的基本机理,研究主、从动齿轮齿顶修缘量的确定方法,以修缘前后轮齿法向载荷方向及实际啮合线长度的变化规律为基础,提出了修缘后实际重合度的分析计算方法,结合实例分析了某型号牵引齿轮修缘前后不同工况下的实际重合度,并与G.尼曼公式计算结果对比,为轮齿修缘品质提供了具有实用价值的检验指标。
The actual contact ratio is an important index for evaluating the meshing performance of gear after tip relief. The selection of tip relief has a direct impact on the actual contact ratio of gear. At present,it is difficult to establish the corresponding relationship between the tip relief and the actual contact ratio by the mainstream classical formula. Based on the analysis of the basic mechanism and method of tip relief,the calculation method for the actual contact ratio is put forward in this paper on the basis of the change rule of normal load direction and the actual length of meshing line before and after tip relief. The actual contact ratio under different working conditions before and after tip relief of a certain type of traction gear is analyzed with an example,and compared with the calculation result of G. Nieman formula. The method provide a test index with practical value for the quality of tip relief.
