一起鸭传染性浆膜炎疫情的紧急流行病学调查 被引量:2

摘要 2020年4月18日至5月2日,某养鸭基地从外地购入的麻鸭相继出现精神沉郁、食欲减退、不愿走动、摇头晃脑等病症,并且每日都有大量死亡病例。为找出病因,通过现场调查,了解养鸭基地养殖与管理情况,以及发病死亡和用药治疗情况等,对病死数进行统计学分析;采集血液样本、组织样本、泄殖腔拭子进行实验室检测;采用描述性研究方法,分析疫情的三间分布特征。结合现场调查和实验室检测结果,判定这是一起鸭苗长途运输后管理不善产生应激,导致抵抗力下降,继而感染鸭疫巴氏杆菌引起的鸭传染性浆膜炎疫情;因对病死鸭清理不及时,且用药计量及方式不科学,导致疫情扩散。疫情提示,雏鸭对环境适应能力差,外购过程中需尽量保证鸭苗营养,提高鸭群抗病力,减少应激因素,引入时要及时做好免疫接种,以降低此类疫情发生的风险。 From April 18 to May 2,2020,a large number of shelducks purchased from other regions by a farm continuously suffered from depression,anorexia,unwillingness to walk,head shaking and other symptoms,and died each day.In order to find out any possible etiological factors,a field investigation was carried out to investigate the status of breeding and management in the farm,morbidity and mortality,treatment and other factors,followed by statistical analysis on the number of deaths.Blood,tissues and cloaca swabs were collected for laboratory test to analyze the distributions of time,regions and populations of the outbreak through descriptive research.Based on the results of investigation and laboratory test,the outbreak was confirmed to be an infectious serositis in ducks,caused by Pasteurella anatipestipestii due to stress reaction and reduced resistance occurred in the ducks with poor management after their long-distance transportation;then the outbreak was spreading without timely control because of delay removal of dead ducks,unscientific dosage and method of administration.Considering that ducklings had a poor ability to adapt to their surrounding environment,for the purpose of reducing any occurrence risk of such diseases,during the process of outsourcing,enough nutrition for them should be ensured,disease resistance should be improved to reduce any possible stress reaction,and vaccination should be timely implemented when they were imported.
