摘要
以浓缩天然胶乳为原料,利用尿素联合酶解工艺制备低蛋白天然胶乳。探讨了制备工艺中影响氮质量分数的几个主要因素,并对硫化胶膜的物理机械性能进行了研究。结果表明:以质量分数1%的SDS作为维持浓缩胶乳稳定性的保存剂,以质量分数0.06%尿素+质量分数1%碱性蛋白酶作为脱蛋白剂,处理时间为60~90min时,制备的低蛋白天然胶乳氮质量分数为0.13%~0.19%,但此工艺制备的低蛋白天然胶乳的力学性能略有下降。
Using concentrated natural latex as raw material, low protein natural latex was prepared by urea combined with enzymolysis process. Several main factors affecting nitrogen mass fraction in the preparation process were discussed, and the mechanical properties of vulcanizate were studied. The results showed that when 1% SDS was used as preservative to maintain the stability of concentrated latex, 0.06% urea and 1% alkaline protease were used as deproteinizing agent, and the processing time was 60~90 min, the nitrogen mass fraction of low protein natural latex was 0.13%~0.19%. However, the mechanical properties of low-protein natural latex prepared by this process decreased slightly.
