摘要
定向钻井技术作为一种新型的实用技术,在我国钻井领域有着非常广泛的应用前景[1]。它是通过控制井眼轨迹,在既定方向偏离井口垂线一定距离达到一定目标的钻井技术。20世纪90年代以来,丰县盐矿区进行了大规模的开采,随着采卤井进入开采后期,出现了许多问题:可采盐岩采卤量降低、下部套管变形严重无法探测老腔、矿层通道堵塞,因此会造成盐井生产效率降低和资源浪费。此时,在老井旁边利用定向钻井技术建设一口新井进入老井的溶腔通道内将是一种有效方法,该技术具有良好的实用性和经济效益。
As a new and practical technology,directional drilling technology has a broad application prospect in the field of drilling in our country[1].It is a drilling technology to achieve a certain target by controlling the well trajectory and deviating from the vertical line of the wellhead in a certain direction.Since the 1990s,large-scale mining has been carried out in Fengxian salt mining area.As the brine mining wells enter the later stage of mining,many problems have appeared:the quantity of brine mining in the recoverable salt rock decreases,the lower casing deformation is serious and the old cavity cannot be detected,and the passageway of the ore layer is blocked,which will lead to the production efficiency reduction and resource waste of the salt well.At this time,it will be an effective method to construct a new well into the cavity passage of the old well by using the directional drilling technology,which has good practicability and economic benefits.
