摘要
目的:比较牙周病患者的活动义齿修复与固定义齿修复的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月中国气象局医院口腔科收治的拟行修复治疗的牙周病患者100例为观察对象,依据计算机随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各50例。研究组采用活动义齿修复,对照组采用固定义齿修复方式,比较两组患者临床疗效、牙周健康指标[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、咀嚼功能、语言功能及牙周病并发症发生率。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者PLI、GI、SBI水平均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者咀嚼功能和语言功能均提高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周病患者采用活动义齿修复的效果优于固定义齿修复,可提高患者咀嚼功能和语言功能,对牙周健康影响程度小,修复后并发症少。
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of movable denture restoration with fixed denture restoration in patients with periodontal disease.Methods:100 patients with periodontal disease who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology,China Meteorological Administration Hospital for restorative treatment from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into study group and control group based on the computerized random number table method,with 50 cases each.The study group used movable denture restoration and the control group used fixed denture restoration.The clinical efficacy,periodontal health indexes[gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)],masticatory function,speech function and the incidence of periodontal disease complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PLI,GI and SBI levels were reduced in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,masticatory function and speech function were improved in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with periodontal disease can be restored with movable denture better than fixed denture,which can improve patients'masticatory and speech functions,with less impact on periodontal health and fewer complications after restoration.
