摘要
本工作研究了X80管线钢在氩弧焊打底、药芯焊丝气保护自动焊接工艺下的金相组织、合金元素、夏比冲击韧性和剪切强度、塑性及微剪切韧性。结果表明,焊缝区域组织较细小,热影响区晶粒大;M-A组元占比34.87%,其中长短轴比大于4的M-A组元占比为3.4%;焊缝中心和热影响区-20℃时的冲击韧性平均值分别为134.7 J和219.7 J;焊缝中心断口为韧性开裂,存在少量解理断裂面,热影响区断口为韧性开裂;焊缝中的Ni、Al元素含量增加,Cr、Si含量降低;环焊缝的上、中、根部的剪切强度和剪切塑性均高于母材,微剪切韧性低于母材,热影响区的剪切强度和剪切塑性低于母材。
In this work,the metallographic structure,alloy elements,impact toughness,shear strength and toughness of X80 pipeline steel under argon arc welding backing and fluxed core arc automatic welding process.The results showed that the microstructure in the weld area is fine,and the grains in the heat affected zone are relatively grown.The proportion of M-A components was 34.87%,and the proportion of M-A components whose long/short axis ratio is greater than 4 was 3.4%.The average values of toughness at-20℃in the weld center and heat affected zone were 134.7 J and 219.7 J respectively.The fracture surface in the weld center is ductile cracking,with a small amount of cleavage fracture surface.The fracture surface in the heat affected zone is ductile cracking.The content of Ni and Al in the weld increases,while the content of Cr and Si decreases.The shear strength and shear plasticity of upper,middle and root of girth weld are higher than that of base metal,the micro shear toughness is lower than that of base metal,and the shear strength and shear plasticity of heat affected zone are lower than that of base metal.
