摘要
04Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢具有高强度、良好的低温韧性、较好的耐腐蚀性和可焊性,被广泛应用于水电行业。随着我国水电机组装机容量越来越大,尤其是冲击式水电机组正在快速向高水头大容量方向发展,对大型04Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢锻件的需求越来越大,性能要求也越来越高。本文首先介绍了04Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢锻件的冶炼方法、化学成分、力学性能及热处理、显微组织及晶粒细化的要求及国内研究进展,之后总结了转轮用国产大型04Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢锻件的发展方向并对其进行了展望。
04Cr13Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel has high strength,good low-temperature toughness,good corrosion resistance and weldability,and it is widely used in the hydropower industry.With the installed capacity increasing in China increasing,especially the impulse hydropower units rapidly developing towards high head and high capacity,the demand for large 04Cr13Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel forgings is increasing,and the performance requirements are also higher.This paper introduces the smelting method,chemical composition,mechanical properties,heat treatment,microstructure and grain refinement of 04Cr13Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel forgings,summarizes the domestic research status of 04Cr13Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel forgings,and prospects the development direction of domestic 04Cr13Ni5Mo martensitic stainless steel forgings.
