摘要
以北京市某污水处理厂新建热水解(THP)+高级厌氧消化系统为研究对象,对系统稳定运行过程中的处理效果进行分析。结果表明,THP+高级厌氧消化系统污泥日均处理能力为54.3 t/d(以绝干泥(DS)处理量计,下同),峰值处理能力可达78.0 t/d,处理后污水处理厂污泥外运量由原来的230 t(含水率80%)降至92 t(含水率60%)。经计算,系统每处理1 t DS消耗水量33.04 t、消耗电量129.35 kW·h、消耗沼气量198.88 m^(3)、消耗脱硫药剂量12.31 kg、消耗铁盐药剂量8.95 kg,并可产生327.15 m^(3)沼气。高级厌氧消化系统有机物平均降解率为50.01%,其产生的沼气中甲烷体积分数为62.0%,锅炉燃气自给率可达100%。THP+高级厌氧消化系统可有效实现污泥的减量化、无害化、资源化利用,具有广泛的应用前景。
Took the newly built thermal hydrolysis(THP)+advanced anaerobic digestion system of a sewage treatment plant in Beijing as the research object,the treatment effect of the system during stable operation was analyzed.Results showed that the average processing capacity of THP+advanced anaerobic digestion system was 54.3 t/d(in terms of the treatment of absolute dry mud(DS),the same below),and the maximum processing capacity of THP+advanced anaerobic digestion system reached 78.0 t/d.After treatment,the sludge transportation capacity of the sewage treatment plant was reduced from 230 t(80%moisture content)to 92 t(60%moisture content).After calculation,the system consumed 33.04 t of water,129.35 kW·h of electricity,198.88 m^(3)of biogas,12.31 kg of desulfurizing agent,8.95 kg of iron salt agent,and produced 327.15 m^(3)of biogas for treatment of 1 t DS.The degradation rate of organic matter in advanced anaerobic digestion system reached 50.01%.The methane content in the biogas was 62.0%.The gas self-sufficiency rate of boiler reached 100%.THP+advanced anaerobic digestion system could effectively achieved reduction,stabilization,harmlessness and recycling of the remaining sludge,which had a wide application prospects.
