摘要
新型干法水泥生产中,水泥熟料煅烧过程能耗巨大,且该过程具有多变量、大滞后、非线性、强耦合等特点,手工操作和常规控制策略通常不能获得理想的控制品质,从而造成系统不稳定并导致极大的热能浪费。因此引入前馈控制策略,采用广义预测控制算法设计并实现了一套水泥熟料煅烧过程先进控制系统,该系统已经在某水泥厂长期投运。现场结果表明:先进控制系统的投运使得水泥熟料煅烧过程工况更稳定,熟料品质得到提高,节能降耗效果明显。
In the production of new dry-process cement,the cement clinker calcinations costs energy much and has characteristics of the multi-variable,large lag,nonlinearity and strong coupling.Manual operation and conventional control strategies usually fail to achieve ideal control quality,which causes system instability and leads to great heat waste.In this paper,a feedforward control strategy was introduced,including having a generalized predictive control algorithm adopted to design and implement an advanced control system for the cement clinker calcination process.Long time application in a cement plant shows that,the operation of the advanced control system makes working conditions of the cement clinker calcination process more stable along with improved clinker quality and obvious effect in the energy saving and consumption reduction.
