摘要
目的观察八段锦联合五音疗法对胸痹气滞血瘀证伴焦虑抑郁状态的临床干预疗效。方法选取2020年7月—2021年1月于大连市中医医院心内科住院患者,将符合研究标准的胸痹气滞血瘀证伴焦虑、抑郁状态患者80例,按照随机数字表法对照实验设计原则分为对照组40例和试验组40例。对照组在药物治疗的基础上加心理护理试验组在对照组的基础上给予八段锦联合五音疗法进行干预,疗程3个月。疗程结束后比较2组患者的单项中医症状改善效果,中医证候改善效果,焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分情况及护理满意度。结果治疗后试验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单项中医症状改善效果,中医证候改善效果及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八段锦联合五音疗法能够有效改善胸痹气滞血瘀证,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical intervention effect of Baduanjin combined with five-tone therapy on chest discomfort qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with anxiety and depression.Methods 80 inpatients in the department of cardiology of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected.According to the principle of randomized and controlled experimental design,80 patients with chest discomfort qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with anxiety and depression were divided into control group and experimental group.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given Baduanjin combined with five-tone therapy for 3 months.After the course of treatment,the improvement effects of single traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,TCM syndromes,SAS and SDS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of single TCM symptom,TCM syndrome and nursing satisfaction were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin combined with five-tone therapy can effectively improve the syndrome of chest discomfort qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
