摘要
难治性面瘫具有病情复杂、病程迁延的疾病特点,岭南针药相须流派传承人李滋平教授经过长期大量的临床实践,总结出针对难治性面瘫系统且规范的中医治疗方案。在针药结合的基础上,其辨证运用穴位注射、精灸、刺络拔罐、面部闪罐、个人护理及心理疏导等相关特色疗法,临床疗效显著。该文系统总结了李滋平教授治疗难治性面瘫的体会与经验,并附典型医案一则,以供探讨。
Objective The refractory facial paralysis is characterized by a complex and prolonged course of the disease.Professor LI Zi-Ping,the inheritor of school of aupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine mutual synergizing in Lingnan,has concluded a systematic and standardized traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment plan for refractory facial paralysis after a long period of extensive clinical practice.On the basis of the combination of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine,Professor LI Zi-Ping applied syndrome differentiation by using acupuncture point injection,precision moxibustion,acupuncture cupping,facial quick cupping,personal care and psychological counseling and other related special therapies with remarkable clinical efficacy.This article summarizes Professor LI Zi-Ping’s experience in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis,and includes a typical case for discussion.
